PERSONAL CONSULTATION, DETAILED SLEEP PLAN AND 3 WEEKS OF GUIDANCE

Are you looking for more than just a personal sleep plan, but also intensive guidance during its implementation? This package offers customized advice and follow-up, allowing you to work step by step toward better sleep for your little one, with daily feedback and support. This sleep program includes a personal consultation, comprehensive sleep plan, and 3 weeks of guidance.

This program has a duration of 8 weeks.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Comprehensive intake in advance & logbook analysis
Beforehand, you will complete an intake form in which we map out current sleep habits, challenges, and your wishes. In addition, you will keep a logbook for a few days. This allows us to provide targeted advice during the consultation.

Personal telephone consultation (approx. 60 min)
During this call, we will look at your current situation together and focus on what your little one needs to sleep better. We analyze the current sleep pattern and look at the challenges and wishes. You will receive valuable insights and advice immediately.

Comprehensive custom sleep plan
You will receive a detailed sleep plan that is fully tailored to your child and family situation. This plan contains practical steps, realistic goals, and clear instructions for building a healthy sleep routine. You will receive concrete tools to get started with confidence.

Daily feedback on the sleep logbook
By keeping a daily sleep log, you will receive personal and targeted feedback. We analyze progress, identify patterns, and adjust where necessary so that you are optimally supported.

3 weeks of personal guidance (3 contact moments)
After 1-2 weeks, we will schedule the first check-in moment. Based on the logbook, we will analyze progress, discuss any questions, and make adjustments if necessary. In consultation, we will schedule the second and third contact moments and offer extra guidance where needed so that you are never on your own. Throughout the entire process, you can ask questions at any time, ensuring you stay on the right track.

Result: a customized approach with intensive guidance, so that your child learns to sleep better and you as a family experience more peace.

This program has a duration of 8 weeks. This means you decide yourself when to use the 3 contact moments and when we will schedule the final evaluation.

Final evaluation call & aftercare email
After a few weeks, we will schedule a final call. We will discuss the results achieved, answer any remaining questions, and provide long-term advice so that you can continue independently with confidence.
