WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Comprehensive intake beforehand
You will fill out an intake form in advance, in which we map out current sleep habits, challenges, and your wishes. This allows us to provide targeted advice immediately during the consultation.

Personal phone consultation (approx. 45-60 min)
During this conversation, we will discuss the main pain points and you will receive clear, practical advice. Whether it concerns nighttime waking, short naps, or a child who has difficulty falling asleep, we will look for feasible solutions together.

Concise sleep plan
You will receive a short but powerful sleep plan that aligns with your situation. This plan contains clear steps and advice that you can apply immediately to improve your child's sleep rhythm. Includes suggested rhythm and soothing method.

Check-in moment
After a few days, we will schedule a follow-up contact. We will discuss the progress, answer any questions, and provide additional guidance where necessary.
