The first weeks with your baby are incredibly special — but they can also feel overwhelming. Many parents wonder how to build a solid sleep foundation and help their little one find more calm and consistency. This consult offers practical and gentle guidance for babies aged 0 to 16 weeks.
WHAT TO EXPECT
📄 Detailed intake beforehand
You’ll fill out an intake form in advance, covering your baby’s current sleep habits, feeding routine, daily rhythm, and any challenges you’re facing. This allows me to offer tailored advice during the consult.
📞 Personal newborn consult (approx. 45–60 min)
During our consult, we’ll talk through the essential foundations that support better sleep and a calmer home environment:
✔ Sleep environment – How do you create a safe and cozy sleep space?
✔ Routine & rhythm – What’s realistic in the early weeks, and how can you gently build a predictable day?
✔ Feeding & sleep – Understanding the connection and how to find balance.
✔ Soothing techniques – Practical ways to comfort your baby and support falling asleep.
📌 Important to know
Sleep training isn’t recommended before 4 months. This consult focuses on laying a solid sleep foundation — no strict training involved.
