📞 Personal phone consult (approx. 45–60 min)
We begin with a phone call to dive into your current sleep situation. We’ll look at your child’s sleep pattern, challenges, and your goals. You’ll receive valuable insights and actionable advice right away.
📄 Comprehensive custom sleep plan
You’ll receive a detailed sleep plan designed specifically for your child and family. It includes practical steps, realistic goals, and clear instructions to build a healthy sleep routine. You’ll feel equipped and confident to get started.
📩 2 weeks of personal email support
You’re not in this alone! During the first two weeks of implementing the plan, you can email me with questions and updates. I’ll guide you along the way to make sure you stay on track.
📑 Daily feedback on your sleep log
By keeping a daily sleep log, you’ll receive personalized feedback and targeted suggestions. We’ll track progress, identify patterns, and make adjustments as needed — so you feel supported every step of the way.
📞 Final evaluation call (approx. 20–30 min)
After two weeks, we’ll wrap up with a final call to review the results, answer remaining questions, and offer long-term advice — so you can move forward with confidence.
